DTMP Science and Technology Park of Debrecen, Nonprofit Public Benefit Limited obtains its incomes from business transactions. Being a non-profit organization (NPO), its gain is spent on the realization of public goals.

The public and business activities of DTMP Science and Technology Park of Debrecen, Nonprofit Public Benefit Limited are as follows:

• Training: Organization and technical realization of trainings, tutorials and other educational events that belong to the fields of science and technology but are beyond the regular educational programmes of the University of Debrecen and HAS ATOMKI.
  
  
• Collecting funds: Finding donations, grants and other financial tools that support public goals; buying devices for the scientific and teaching activity of the University of Debrecen using these funds. Writing applications for national and international funds; supporting non-profit events and scientific conferences by the funds obtained.
  
  
• Event organization and written materials: Organization of scientific conferences, business meetings and other special events; creation of the accompanying written materials
  
  
• Research and development (R & D) services: Organization of events exhibiting high-technology devices and procedures by the inclusion of university teachers and specialists from industry. Initiation of the knowledge transfer between the experts from the universities and industry. Construction of scientific and technological projects. Participating in the utilization of scientific achievements and in national and international right protection.
  
  
• Acting as a bridge: DTMP Science and Technology Park of Debrecen, Nonprofit Public Benefit Limited takes part in the realization of the regional innovational strategy and the bidirectional knowledge and technology transfer. It has close contacts with the regional development and innovation agencies ÉARFÜ and INNOVA. In general, DTMP Science and Technology Park, Debrecen, Hungary acts as a bridge from the academic spheres towards industry and business.
