The DTMP Science and Technology Park of Debrecen, Nonprofit Public Benefit Limited was founded in 1988, and worked as a limited liability company between 1990 and 1998. It was a founder of The Hungarian Association for Innovation. In October of 1998 it was transformed into a non-profit organization, and in July of 2008 - according to the legal requirements - adopted the form "Nonprofit Public Benefit Limited".
